Recently i wrote a review on burn the fat feed the muscle over at ezinearticles,
this is a book i had read twice and what i just wanted to comment about it was what i got out of the book, mostly as a fat loss method its quite difficult as you need to do 6 meals a day which is darn hard work, however..
What i found interesting: The amazing stuff on self motivation, this book is like a mini self help book on setting goals, visualisation, affirmations NLP you name it, for this alone i would recommend it, or you could get Maxwell maltzes book psyco-cybernetics which is just awesome.
oh the fat loss, yeah it definately works, its tried and tested, and the training recommendations also work
